![]() This content or “html widget” can be brought into Captivate as Media > HTML Animation. Rather than programming in Action Script – Javascript can be used in Animate to program interactivity into interactions, games etc in Animate. Adobe re-branded and recreated Adobe Flash as Adobe Animate and added the ability to work with canvas and javascript / css (html5 standards) in Animate. Captivate output going forward will primarily be html5 with no support for swf. The third one does not match and would be treated as a regular Web Object. In the past Adobe Flash was used to create “widgets in swf format” that would work in Captivate as the primary output was flash for Captivate. The first two would match and get the special xprefEnsureCpMateLoad treatment. Let's suppose you had Web Objects in your movie named the following: The in is a wildcard which indicates any value could be placed there and the convention would still be met. In this case, assigning the following value to xprefEnsureCpMateLoad will allow CpExtra to find all the Animation Web Objects: It will then pause the Captivate's playback until it can be sure the animation is ready. If we clue CpExtra into this naming convention, it will be able to detect when a Web Object with an animation is appearing on screen. When displaying these animations in Captivate, we will be naming the Web Objects: section_1, section_1_1, section_1_2 and so on. In the above example all the animations have a common naming convention. An example is shown in the screenshot of an Adobe Animate project's library below: To do this, you will need to work out a naming convention for all your animations. assign xprefEnsureCpMateLoad an query which will match the name of all Web Objects loading CpMate animations.

It’s easy to see how Walmart could make Spark Delivery its default service for all deliveries across the U.S. Moreover, the big online retailers just can’t get enough drivers to fulfill demand for super-fast deliveries. A couple of months back, Amazon announced that it is looking to create a network of independent delivery fleets and it wants “hundreds of entrepreneurs” to “start businesses” in support of this goal.įor now, Spark Delivery remains a pilot program limited to Nashville and New Orleans, though the company plans to expand to more metro areas later this year. Amazon Flex is focused on parcels, while Spark Delivery’s raison d’être is groceries - but the principle is the same. Spark Delivery represents Walmart’s latest attempt to fend off Amazon by leveraging technology, though the service is very much like Amazon Flex, a delivery platform that effectively lets anyone who owns a car become a courier. Walmart and Amazon have increasingly competed against each other in the retail realm, a battle that hit fever pitch last year when Amazon entered the brick-and-mortar grocery realm in a big way with its $14 billion Whole Foods acquisition. But Spark Delivery represents Walmart’s first attempt at building its own internal platform that allows drivers to sign up for delivery slots and access order details. Walmart has offered delivery services for a while already, initially partnering with Uber and Lyft before ditching the ride-hailing firms in favor of the likes of Postmates, DoorDash, and Deliv. The takeaway: While a great product + great sales/marketing tends to win in SaaS, some companies can differentiate on pure product in ways that are incontrovertible. 99.9% of SaaS companies need a great go-to-market, but Figma is the exception that breaks the rule – their GTM is great, but they could’ve won if it had been a ham sandwich. Nobody complains about it people occasionally marvel at it (“Did you know that the Designers also use Figma for all of those awesome presentations they made?!”). This rapid transition never happened with prior generations of Design technology as far as I can tell – Figma is the rare product that is as good as advertised. ![]() It would be like half the world’s sales teams quit using Salesforce overnight. ![]() It is weird that all designers suddenly wanted to move to Figma. I’m not sure that the broader technology and business community appreciates how unique this dominance is, because they don’t work closely with designers. Of course, this was just a time saver as Figma would’ve won any bakeoff anyway – it was obvious within 30 seconds that it was the best. If we hadn’t purchased Figma our designers would have physically assaulted me and/or quit, in no particular order. Within roughly one renewal cycle of our prior product, Figma was already taking over – we literally went from purchasing one design product to purchasing Figma while still under contract with our prior contract because the industry was moving en masse.Īt least in our case Figma’s sales process was a formality – we didn’t do a bakeoff. Krumping is a highly energetic hip hop dance style and is rarely choreographed. Tutting is mostly done with an emphasis on the arms, hands, and fingers. It was inspired by ancient Egyptian artwork and ‘Tutting’ refers to ‘King Tut. Tutting uses mostly 90-degree angles with the arms and fingers as you dance. Unlike locking you are allowed to come out slowly from a freeze position or take on a new tempo when you begin to move again. When you freeze in hip hop you are halting all movement in your body. Isolations are found in many different dance styles, but they are different in each style. In hip hop dance, isolations are performed by moving an individual part of the body without moving another part. ![]() Here is a video tutorial on how to do the arm wave. You need to isolate small parts of your body where the ‘wave’ is passing and keep the other parts still so that the effect is convincing. Often, this is done as a passage of energy through the arms, legs, or even the entire body from the head to the feet or vice versa. This hip hop move looks like an illusion that waves flow through a dancer’s body. Popping is often used as an umbrella term as a style that incorporates other dance moves such as tutting or even the robot! This means they want you to pay attention to how high or low your body is. You might hear the choreographer ask you to watch your ‘levels’ in class. If you don’t go full out in hip hop dancing, it can look rather flat and dead. You’ll probably hear this phrase in more than just Hip Hop classes, but it’s used commonly in Hip Hop dance due to the unique style and individuality dancing this way allows. This means to give your dancing your all: at 100%! Don’t hold back, and push your own limits. Ultimately, it is your own, and you are encouraged to embrace it as you dance. This is what truly sets it hip hop dance apart from other styles: each dancer brings a groove that can be fast, slow, jerky, or smooth.
